If you’ve been following the MY GRC POV newsletter, you already know I’ve been writing about governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) with an honest and sometimes bold perspective. Now, I'm bringing those conversations into a new format — one that allows us to go deeper, get more personal, and bring more voices into the mix.
Why this podcast? Why now?
Because GRC touches everything — from boardroom decisions to frontline operations — and yet, it’s too often seen as something cold, confusing, or just “someone else’s job.”
That needs to change.
I created this podcast to:
Break through the jargon and red tape
Talk about ethics, accountability, and decision-making in real life
Invite you into conversations that are timely, practical, and human
In this intro episode, I talk about the “why” behind MY GRC POV, who the show is for, and what to expect. Spoiler: This podcast is for professionals, leaders, and everyday people who care about doing the right thing—even when it’s hard.
What you can expect:
